Hello lovely,

My name is Savanah (with one n), but you can call me Sav.

Welcome to my blog–I’m so hyped you’re here!

Have you ever found yourself in a place in life when you just really wanted to upgrade your life? I have.

This might sound vain, but I just wanted to feel better about myself overall. Until recent years, I let myself get away with basically average everything: average fitness, average beauty routine, average clothes, average hair, and–worst of all–average mental health.

I always figured, ‘I’m busy,’ ‘I’ll get fit later,’ or ‘Everyone hates certain things about themselves, I don’t need to work on it.’

I’ve noticed that’s not enough for me. I want more out of my life, and I want more out of myself. God gave me this body and soul, and they’re the only ones I got. So, I figured it’s about time I appreciate it.

For me, that looks like practicing a fitness lifestyle, embracing natural beauty, fashion that makes me feel authentically Sav, and a mind and soul that is at peace.

Essentially, I want to feel frickin pretty in my own skin, and at peace in my own mind.

What this blog will offer you

Through this blog, I’m going to share with you what I’ve learned on my journey to pursuing a healthier lifestyle, beauty and fashion and mental health. I’m not an expert (yet), but I’m going to share all my tips, tricks, discoveries and life lessons with you along the way. I want this blog to help other people who want to upgrade their life.

It can be super overwhelming trying to make all these changes at once, but that’s why I want to help. This blog is going to help you embrace and enhance your natural beauty, and cultivate your inner beauty.

On my blog, you’ll find:

  • Non-toxic skincare products and routines
  • Clean beauty finds for natural beauty looks
  • My favorite casual, everyday style finds
  • Fitness and clean eating tips for a healthier lifestyle
  • Self-improvement, self-development, and self-love tips
  • Girl talk like we’re chatting over an iced coffee
  • Lots and lots of positive vibes *throws up the shaka sign*

A lot of blogs talk about how to be prettier, how to become the best version of yourself, and why drinking enough water is the key to fixing every problem under the sun.

But sometimes, we forget to love ourselves on the way. We get caught up in what’s wrong with us and what’s wrong with our lives. So…

Why ‘Of Good Report’?

I called my blog ‘Of Good Report’ because this blog isn’t just to help you like your skin or your hair better. I want to help you focus on the positive, in the midst of improving or changing yourself.

The name is based on a quote from the Bible, which says:

“…whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.” –Philippians 4:8

Whether you grew up in the church or not, focusing on what is good—good in life, good about you, good about other people—can change your entire existence. And here’s why: because when you focus on the good, you magnify those positive aspects, and that magnification has the freedom to manifest in your life.

May this blog uplift you, encourage you and help you in making the changes you desire to make for yourself. And don’t forget to love yourself on the journey—you’re doing the best you can. And that’s enough.

If you’re new here, I suggest you start by reading this post, which will tell you the first steps I took to getting myself on the right path to living a life I love.

Love, hugs and good vibes,

Sav <3
